Leider nicht wie gewünscht - blockieren allein durch das Gewicht des Stuhls

Ich habe mir die Rollen gleich zum Stuhl NobleChairs ICON mitbestellt. Montage einfach und die Rollen sind soweit gut für Hartboden geeignet. Anregung: Es wäre schon super wenn man sich gleich beim Bestellen des Stuhls die Rollen ohne Aufpreis aussuchen und bestellen kann. ABER - ich erwarte für den Preis von knapp 30.-€ in jedem Fall Rollen, die nicht schon durch das Gewicht des Stuhls selbst blockieren. Man muss den Stuhl jedes Mal anheben um in zu verschieben. Sehr lästig.
