The foundation of the HERO Series from noblechairs is the powder-coated base made from solid aluminium with five arms and specially designed castors. These 60 mm castors consist of a Nylon core with a polyurethane coating that means they are both quiet as well as equally suited for use on both hard- and soft flooring.
Habe mir den Hero schon im Dezember bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell trotz Winterwetter und Pandemie. Der Stuhl lässt keine Wünsche offen, ich sitze mit meinen 1,96m sehr gut und bequem. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, ich konnte bis heute keine Mängel feststellen.
Als erstes zum Stuhl: Der Hero in der Black Edition sieht extrem gut und qualitativ hochwertig aus. Alle Stahlteile sind sehr Stabil ausgelegt und die Montage des Stuhls sollte jedem möglich sein. Das Material wirkt äußerst sauber verarbeitet und macht einen edlen Eindruck. Die Nähte sind schön gestochen und durchgängig. Die Verstellbarkeit des Stuhls ist top und einem ergonomischen Arbeiten/Zocken steht nichts im Weg. Die Armlehnen sind der Einzge Part des Stuhl der ein wenig Kritik bekommt. Sie wackeln ein wenig, aber das fällt nur auf, wenn man wirklich selbst dran herumruckelt, deshalb auch kein Abzug in der Bewertung. Beim Arbeiten/Zocken macht das nichts aus und fällt nicht auf. Dies ist wahrscheinlich der Vestellbarkeit in alle möglichen Richtungen geschuldet. Ich selbst kann mit über 2 Metern Körpergröße extrem bequem und komfortabel auf dem Stuhl sitzen, auch über längere Zeit. Die Angabe vom Support mit der Größenangabe von max. 2,10m trifft also zu. Zur Lieferung: Die Lieferung wurde durch GLS getätigt und war zuverlässig und schnell. Leider kann ich keine komplette Rezension hierzu abgeben, da sich durch die Pandemie alle Zulieferketten verlangsamen und sich dadruch wahrscheinlich deutlich bis zum Endliefranten verzögert hat. Aber ein definitives Manko war, dass die rechte, nicht vormontierte Armlehne, welche sich in einem vorbestimmten Platz im Karton befindet, defekt ankam. Der Verstellhebel brach wohl während des Transports und viel mir beim Auspacken entgegen. Der Support: Die Unterstützung durch die Mitarbeiter war zu jedem zeitpunkt des Beratungs-, Bestell- und Lieferprozesses sehr gut und die Beschwerde zum abgebrochenen Teil an der Lehne wurde freundlich beantwortet und man sendet mir ohne Extrakosten eine neue rechte Lehne. Ich würde den Stuhl jedem empfehlen der lange vor einem Bildschirm sitzt. Meine Schmerzen im unteren Rücken erledigen sich bereits nach den ersten zwei Stunden mit dem neuen Stuhl. Der alte Billigstuhl hat diese verursacht und war der Grund der Suche nach einem Neuen.
Ultraschnelle Lieferung, einfacher Aufbau, die einstellbare Lordosenstütze ist ein Traum. Stuhl fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an und das Hybrid Material sieht dazu auch noch gut aus. Dir Armlehnen sind auch sehr einfach einstellbar, in fast alle Richtungen, so muss das sein. Wir bestellen jetzt noch einen für meine bessere Hälfte.
